Location: Ellesmere Dental Practice, 70 Ellesmere Road, Altrincham, WA14 1JD
Job type: Full-time or part-time considered
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
Schedule: Weekdays, no weekends

Our current opening hours are Monday to Thursday 9:00am–5:30pm and Friday 8:30am–4:30pm.

The role

As a Qualified Dental Nurse, you will work alongside our dentists, hygienists and wider team to provide excellent clinical support and a smooth, reassuring patient experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

Chairside assistance across a range of general and advanced treatments
Providing excellent patient care before, during and after appointments
Preparing surgeries and ensuring high standards of infection control
Supporting clinicians with digital records, radiographs and treatment workflows
Maintaining accurate clinical notes and compliance records
Helping the day run smoothly by working closely with reception and the wider team
Contributing to a positive, professional and friendly practice atmosphere

About you

We are looking for someone who is:

A qualified and GDC-registered Dental Nurse
Friendly, reliable and professional
Calm, caring and confident with patients
Well-organised and able to work as part of a busy team
Positive, proactive and willing to learn
Committed to high standards of patient care and infection control
Comfortable working in a mixed NHS/private dental environment

Additional skills such as radiography, impression taking, implant nursing, Invisalign experience or sedation experience would be welcome, but are not essential.
