What You'll Be Doing

Preparing and delivering high-quality dishes across breakfast, lunch, and dinner service.
Working with locally sourced Welsh ingredients and seasonal menus.
Maintaining exceptional food quality and presentation standards.
Supporting a collaborative and professional kitchen environment.
Upholding food safety, hygiene, and kitchen compliance standards.
Contributing ideas and creativity to menu development.

Previous kitchen experience in a professional kitchen.
