Construction Site Manager – Stirling Close, Merton SW16 5HH - QUICK START

Gray Construction are small business with over a decade of experience delivering high-quality projects, built on integrity, reliability, and long-standing client relationships.

The role:

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager for a project in Merton, SW16 of 9 new-build homes, therefore previous experience managing residential projects essential. You will be responsible for driving the day-to-day execution of building works in a completely safe and fully controlled fashion, ensuring all build processes are performed effectively and safely, in complete accordance with RAMS. You will be responsible for ensuring all site personnel follow the SHE Policy and adhere to H&S legislation at all times.

Having previously worked for smaller businesses you will be capable of wearing many hats, proactive, deomonstrate common sense with excellent communication skills. will be aware of costs and timeframes with the passion to drive your site forward, set standards and leave a lasting impression. If you are looking for a long-term role, then Gray Construction is for you as this role provides the opportunity to move to another project following completion.

Ideally, we are looking for individuals that have the following:

NVQ level min L4 in a Construction related qualification
SMSTS
1st Aid at Work qualified
Black CSCS Card
Valid Driving Licence

Offering a salary circa £55k - £60k , ideally we are looking for someone who can start almost immediately.

If shortlisted, we will conduct a telephone screen in the first before arranging a face-to-face interview.

It is important you have worked in a similar role for a SME and have your valid certificates plus the Right to Work in the UK.

Please note, unless you can evidence you have the skills and experience we are looking for, you will be automatically rejected.
