Job Title

Office / Sales Administrator

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office / Sales Administrator to support daily office operations and assist the sales and progression teams with administrative tasks and customer communication. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide general administrative support to the office and sales department
Manage high volume of incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries professionally
Maintain accurate customer and sales records in CRM or internal systems
Daily reporting of sales KPIs and monitoring of reservations
Assist with filing, data entry, and document management
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients

· Help ensure smooth day-to-day office operations, including:

- Monitoring stock levels of stationery / office consumables.

- Ensuring the kitchen is fully stocked / dealing with online deliveries.

- Ensuring meeting rooms are tidy and ready for use.

- Greeting external visitors and providing refreshments for meetings.

Requirements & Skills

Previous experience in administration, office support, or sales administration essential
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience using CRM or accounting software is an advantage
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Professional and customer-focused attitude

Qualifications

GCSEs/A-Levels or equivalent qualification
Administration or business-related qualification desirable but not essential

Working Hours

Full-time
Monday to Friday
