Property Manager – Build to Rent Worcester | Up to £30,000 + benefits

Nara Living is a growing residential operator with an expanding Build-to-Rent portfolio, and Sherriff's Gate in Worcester, our flagship community, is where you come in. We're adding new sites, growing nationally, and building a team that will shape how we operate for years to come. The Role

You'll be one of two Property Managers running Sherriff's Gate day to day. Together you'll own the resident experience end to end:

Be the face of the community — welcoming residents, handling queries, building relationships that make people renew
Manage lettings, viewings, move-ins and move-outs
Coordinate maintenance and contractors
Stay on top of compliance, inspections and safety checks
Help us hit occupancy and rent collection targets

About You

Experience in residential lettings, property management or BTR (ARLA/Propertymark a plus, not essential)
Organised, self-starting and calm under pressure
A natural with people — residents, contractors and colleagues alike
Comfortable with property software, happy to help shape new systems
