Full job description

Overview

British HGV training group is seeking a sales administrator to join our busy office. The successful applicant will need to have excellent communication skills, be able to work both independently and as part of a team be confident in using microsoft (all applications) and google platforms. with a good knowledge of advertising media sites. Experience in the transport training industry would be advantageous. Full time or part time hours available. Monday to Friday with some saturday mornings.

Responsibilities

Oversee the day to day operation of HGV and PCV training
Schedule instructors and allocate training and test assignments
Coordinate vehicle availability and daily checks
Support learners from initial enquiry through to their test
Monitor instructor utilisation and productivity
Resolve customer queries and complaints
Maintain compliance with DVSA, Driver CPC and training requirements
Identity opportunities to improve operational efficiency
Work with sales and marketing to increase bookings.
Build relationships with employers, recruitment agencies and corporate clients.
Assist with recruiting and managing instructors.
Prepare weekly operational reports.

Pay: £25,420.00-£28,000.00 per year
