Full job description

Job Summary

We’re looking for a creative, commercially minded Social Media & Marketing Executive to join our team and take a leading role in growing our brand and online presence.

This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys creating content, coming up with new ideas and turning them into campaigns that actually generate interest and enquiries.

The role

You’ll take responsibility for the day-to-day management and development of our social media and marketing activity, including:

Planning, creating and scheduling content across our social media channels
Producing engaging photos, videos, reels and other content
Developing ideas to increase our reach, engagement and following
Creating and managing marketing campaigns
Keeping our website content fresh and up to date
Producing email marketing and customer communications
Supporting the promotion of products, services, projects and company news
Monitoring performance and using the results to improve future campaigns
Helping develop the overall B V Rees brand and marketing strategy
Making sure cars are clean ready for photos

Who we're looking for

We're looking for someone who is:

Creative and full of ideas
Confident creating content for social media
A strong written communicator
Comfortable taking photos and producing short-form video
Organised and able to manage their own workload
Commercially aware – you understand that good marketing should ultimately help generate business
Comfortable learning about our industry, products and customers
Proactive and happy to take ownership rather than waiting to be told what to post

Experience in a marketing or social media role would be an advantage, but we're equally interested in someone who can show us what they're capable of through their own work, portfolio or previous projects.

When working for BV Rees you are part of a team. So your job may not just be Social Media and Marketing. We expect all members of staff to give our customers the best experience possible. This could include answering the phone, approaching customers in the showroom in a friendly manner, checking new cars deliveries etc.

The role will start at £29,120 per annum and will grow over time. The more valuable you are to the company and harder you work the more you will earn.

Pay: £29,120.00 per year
