Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Dental Booking Coordinator with essential dental experience to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be the friendly face and efficient organizer behind the scenes, ensuring seamless scheduling and excellent patient service. Your energy and proactive approach will help create a positive dental experience for every patient, while your organizational skills keep our practice running smoothly. Responsibilities

Manage the appointment scheduling process with precision, ensuring optimal utilization of the dental practice’s calendar.
Confirm patient appointments via phone or electronic communication, providing clear instructions and answering any scheduling questions.
Coordinate with dental professionals to accommodate urgent cases and reschedule appointments as needed.
Maintain accurate patient records and update scheduling software efficiently to prevent overlaps or errors.
Assist patients in understanding pre-appointment instructions and follow-up procedures to enhance their overall experience.
Handle incoming calls professionally, addressing inquiries about services, insurance, and appointment availability.
Support the front desk team by performing office administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.

Experience

Prior office experience is essential, preferably within a healthcare or dental setting.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Proficiency in office software applications such as Microsoft Office Suite and dental practice management systems.
Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work collaboratively with team members.
