Forefront Physiotherapy is looking for a motivated, professional and clinically minded Sports Massage Therapist, Sports Therapist or Rehabilitation Therapist to join our growing team on a self-employed contractor basis.

This is an exciting opportunity to work within a premium private physiotherapy clinic, supporting a highly active client base including tennis players, gym-goers, runners, recreational athletes, post-operative clients and individuals returning from injury.

Forefront Physiotherapy is based in Weybridge, with clinics at St George’s Hill Lawn Tennis Club and No. 5, The Heights. We are expanding our team due to increasing demand and are looking for the right practitioner to help us continue delivering excellent care, rehabilitation and long-term client outcomes.

Forefront Physiotherapy is led by an experienced MSK Physiotherapist and England Squash Physiotherapist, giving the right candidate an opportunity to work within a high-performance, sport-informed clinical environment.

The Role

We are looking for a practitioner who can provide one or more of the following:

Sports massage
Deep tissue massage
Soft tissue therapy
Remedial massage
Injury rehabilitation support
Gym-based rehabilitation
Exercise prescription
Return-to-sport support
Maintenance treatment for active clients
Support alongside physiotherapy-led treatment plans

The role would suit someone who is confident working independently, but who also values communication, teamwork and being part of a wider clinical pathway.

About You

The ideal candidate will be:

Qualified in Sports Massage, Sports Therapy, Rehabilitation Therapy or a related field
Fully insured and able to work on a self-employed basis
Professional, reliable and well-presented
Confident delivering high-quality hands-on treatment
Comfortable working with active clients and sports injuries
Interested in rehabilitation, movement, performance and long-term recovery
Able to communicate clearly with clients and the wider clinical team
Motivated to build and manage their own caseload within the clinic
Punctual, personable and committed to delivering a premium client experience

Experience in private practice, sport, gym-based rehabilitation, racket sports or MSK injury management would be advantageous, although the right attitude, clinical curiosity and willingness to develop are equally important.
