Job Title: Duty Manager (Shift Supervisor)

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Duty Manager to join our team and help us maintain our reputation for excellence.

Job Summary: As the Duty Manager of a sports bar and food lead business, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our establishment. You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the sports bar and restaurant, including staff management, customer service, inventory control, and maintaining a high level of food quality and presentation. Your passion for sports, food, and excellent service will be pivotal in creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for our patrons.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead a team of servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff.
Ensure exceptional customer service by training, motivating, and coaching staff.
Oversee daily business operations, including opening and closing procedures.
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain stock levels.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food handling standards.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain food quality, portion control, and presentation.
Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and promptness.
Manage reservations, private events, and special promotions.
Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within the food and beverage industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in food safety and health regulations.
Passion for sports and a genuine interest in customer satisfaction.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Proactive problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
Knowledge of POS systems and restaurant management software is a plus.
