Overview

We are seeking an energetic and dynamic Store Manager to lead our retail team to success! This pivotal role involves overseeing daily store operations, driving sales growth, and creating an exceptional shopping experience for customers. As a Store Manager, you will inspire your team, manage merchandising strategies, and ensure smooth administrative functions—all while fostering a positive, motivated environment. Duties

Lead and supervise all store activities, ensuring operational excellence and high customer satisfaction
Manage team performance through coaching, training, and motivating staff to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding service
Oversee merchandising efforts to maintain attractive displays that enhance product visibility and drive sales
Coordinate scheduling, inventory management, and administrative tasks to ensure efficient store operations
Foster effective communication within the team and with customers, utilizing excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
Monitor sales performance data to identify opportunities for growth and implement strategic initiatives accordingly
Maintain a safe, organized environment by adhering to company policies and organizational standards

Qualifications

Proven management experience in retail or a related field with supervising responsibilities
Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate diverse teams and foster collaboration
Excellent communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual proficiency preferred
Demonstrated success in sales management, merchandising, and team development
Exceptional organizational skills with effective time management capabilities
Administrative experience including inventory control, record keeping, and reporting
Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally via phone or in person with excellent phone etiquette
Management certification or relevant training is a plus; multilingual skills are highly valued
