**About Us:**
SRC Accountancy Services Limited is a reputable and well-established accounting practice committed to delivering top-notch financial services to our diverse clientele. With a strong focus on professionalism, accuracy, and client satisfaction, we have built a solid reputation in the industry. We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Accountant in Practice with a minimum of eight years of experience to join our team. We currently have two office's situated in Wordsley and Bewdley.

**Job Description:**
As an Senior Accountant in Practice, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive accounting services to our clients. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, analysing financial data, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Your expertise and attention to detail will contribute to maintaining our high standards of service and client satisfaction.

**Responsibilities:**
- Manage a portfolio of clients and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Prepare financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Perform financial analysis and review client data to identify potential issues or areas for improvement.
- Provide advice and guidance to clients on financial matters and compliance requirements.
- Assist clients with tax planning, preparation, and filing.
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, laws, and regulations.

- Prepare R&D returns for clients

- Prepare management accounts
- Stay updated on changes in accounting regulations and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with the team to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Participate in professional development activities to enhance skills and knowledge.

**Requirements:**
- Minimum of eight years of experience as an Accountant in Practice.
- Very strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and standards.
- Proficiency in using accounting TaxCalc and Xero software and tools is a must (Please do not apply if do not have experience in these software's)
- Solid understanding of tax regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data analysis.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and prioritise tasks effectively.

- Experience of dealing with high end client who need help and meetings to discuss affairs.

- A person who prefers to work in an office environment.
