Full job description

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical and electrical background, with the ability to troubleshoot and maintain various systems and equipment. This role requires a proactive approach to ensure the smooth operation of facilities while providing excellent customer service.

**Must have previous Maintenance Experience**

Responsibilities

Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of equipment and facilities to ensure optimal functionality.
Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, including working with logic controllers and schematics.
Completing health & safety checks and meeting regulatory compliance checks
Complete Gardening within the grounds to maintain good standards
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests from staff or clients.
Completing painting and decorating within the services

Requirements

Proven experience in a maintenance role with a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems and general day to day maintenance work.
Recording and Documenting around compliance checks - completing the maintenance schedule checks and record on relevant company documents.
Strong customer service orientation with good communication skills in English.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating leadership qualities when required.
