Full job description

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Waiting Staff to join our team at our Framwellgate Moor branch. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service, ensuring guests receive a warm welcome and an enjoyable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
Serve food and drinks to guests promptly and courteously.
Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
Assist customers with enquiries regarding menu items and allergen information where appropriate.
Process card and cash payments confidently and accurately.
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

Friendly, positive, and approachable personality.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Ability to build rapport and engage confidently with customers.
Reliable, flexible, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to handle cash and card transactions accurately.

Working Hours

As this role is within the hospitality industry, flexibility is required, including availability to work weekends and occasional late shifts.
