Job Description:

We are expanding our medical reception team and looking to recruit the right person, with the necessary skills and experience to deliver a high-quality service to our patients.

The ideal candidate should be highly motivated, enthusiastic and able to work under pressure.

We are looking for a customer focused, reliable, and hard-working individual with a can-do approach to their work.

You should have:

office administration experience
worked with the public in a front facing role and on the telephone
excellent communication skills
able to work well on your own and as part of a team
Ideally have NHS primary care or equivalent experience

You will be joining a large, friendly and committed team of Doctors, Nurses and other healthcare professionals, and a team of reception and administrative staff.

The post is part time, 30hrs/week. The practice business hours are Monday & Wednesday- 8am to 8pm, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday- 8am to 7pm.

Therefore, your regular shifts will be a mix of early and late sessions, to be agreed and will include Saturdays and Sundays as required.

Pay: From £12.80 per hour
