Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team! In this vital role, you will be the backbone of our administrative operations, ensuring smooth daily functions and providing exceptional support to our staff. Your energetic approach and organizational skills will help maintain an efficient office environment, allowing our team to focus on delivering outstanding results. Responsibilities

Manage incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy, directing inquiries appropriately while maintaining excellent phone etiquette
Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office applications, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks as needed
Organize and maintain files, records, and office supplies to ensure accessibility and orderliness
Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and calendar management for team members
Support clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, mailing, and preparing documents for distribution
Handle basic bookkeeping tasks including invoicing and expense tracking in QuickBooks
Provide general administrative support to various departments to facilitate seamless operations

Experience

Prior office experience demonstrating familiarity with administrative procedures and office equipment
Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive), and QuickBooks
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Excellent typing speed and accuracy for data entry tasks
Demonstrated clerical experience with attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping
Knowledge of phone etiquette and customer service principles is highly desirable
