Summary

We are seeking a skilled Property Carpenter to join our team in Newcastle and Sunderland. This role is vital in ensuring our properties are well-maintained, safe, and compliant with industry standards. As part of Graysons Properties Ltd, you will contribute directly to our mission of providing exceptional property management services.
Responsibilities

Perform repairs and maintenance on various properties, including carpentry, roofing, masonry, and mechanical tasks.
Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery safely and effectively.
Conduct inspections to identify issues requiring attention.
Assist with roofing projects and masonry work as needed.
Manage heavy lifting tasks using appropriate equipment.
Maintain accurate records of work performed.
Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company policies.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently.
Qualifications
Proven experience in property maintenance or a similar role.
Strong mechanical knowledge and proficiency with hand tools and power tools.
Ability to perform roofing, masonry, carpentry, and other repair tasks.
Physical fitness to handle heavy lifting and outdoor work.
Valid driving license for commercial driving tasks is preferred.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Good communication skills.
