Job brief

We are looking for exceptional Front of House staff to join our relaxed fine dining restaurant. You will be organised and able to work between Wednesday to Sunday as required. Previous waiting/food running experience is preferred but we will provide full training as required. We are a fine dining restaurant and bar and operate to high standards - you will be smart, polite and hard-working. In return we offer a great working environment with a small but close team and the ability to learn and gain experience in one of the regions top venues.

Responsibilities

- Act as a food runner taking dishes to customers and explaining each dish as required.

- Guide customers with advice regarding the menu

- Clean up tables and re-lay in an efficient manner.

- Take orders using our tablet based system

- Take payments as required

- Help to prepare the restaurant for service including cleaning and ironing as required

- Assist the Front of House Manager as required

Requirements and skills

- Proven experience as Front of House preferred but not necessary

- Good communication skills

- Strong attention to customer service

- Must be UK based and able to work in the UK
