SHARE is a social care service based near Halifax town centre. We support adults aged 18 and over who experience mental distress. There is no upper age limit for the people we support.

What you will do
You will work with individuals to coproduce person centred support plans that promotes independence, wellbeing and recovery. You will work with people to identify and achieve their goals develop skills, build confidence and take positive steps towards the future they want.

Everyday is different, you will have the opportunity to support people to access their community, develop daily living skills, maintain their wellbeing and make informed choices about their lives.

Working Pattern
The service operates 24hrs a day, 7 days a week. Staff work on a rota basis.

Early: 8-15.30 Mid 10.30-18.00 Late 14.30-22.00 (22.30 when completing a sleep-in)
