Role Overview

You will play a key role in maintaining excellent customer relationships whilst supporting day-to-day operations in a fast-paced environment. The role requires strong communication skills, resilience under pressure, and a proactive approach to customer service and administration.

Key Responsibilities

Manage professional email and telephone communication with customers.

Provide clear and timely updates to customers.

Resolve customer queries effectively.

Build and develop strong customer relationships.

Generate invoices and reports accurately.

Maintain accurate records within internal systems.

Undertaking general administrative duties.

Be highly organised and able to prioritise workload effectively.

Conduct open and honest conversations with customers, even in challenging situations.

Work proactively and reactively to meet business demands.

Collaborate effectively within the team.

Skills & Experience

Experience in a fast-paced customer service or operations role.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to resolve customer queries effectively.
Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work under pressure.
IT proficiency for systems and reporting.
