Job Summary

Join our vibrant team as a Barista/Bartender, where your energy and passion for creating memorable experiences will shine! In this dynamic role, you'll craft delicious beverages, serve customers with enthusiasm, and ensure every guest feels welcomed and valued. Whether you're mixing up a specialty coffee or pouring a refreshing cocktail, your positive attitude and attention to detail will be key to delivering exceptional service. Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including coffee drinks, teas, and alcoholic cocktails, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met
Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide friendly, efficient service to enhance their experience
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the barista/bartender station in compliance with food safety regulations
Handle cash transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems and manage tabs for bar service
Assist in food preparation tasks as needed, such as assembling snacks or garnishes to complement drinks
Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, notifying management when restocking is necessary
Follow all food safety protocols and health regulations to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff

Skills

Previous experience as a barista or bartender is highly desirable, demonstrating familiarity with beverage preparation techniques
Strong knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in handling perishable items
Excellent serving skills with the ability to engage customers positively and handle multiple orders efficiently
Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and measuring ingredients
Effective time management to prioritize tasks during busy periods while maintaining quality service
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
Good communication skills to collaborate seamlessly with team members and interact confidently with guests

Pay: £8.00-£12.70 per hour
