Located in the heart of Hove, Lu'Esse Collective is a growing colour specialist salon with exciting plans for expansion, education, luxury services and future opportunities for the right people.

As our business continues to grow, we're looking to welcome another talented stylist into our team.

Already have clients? Fantastic. Looking to grow your client base even further? We'll actively support you through salon marketing, social media promotion, advertising and our busy high-footfall location.

What We're Looking For

We're ideally looking for a Stylist or Senior Stylist with:

A minimum of 2 years salon floor experience
NVQ Level 2 or above (Level 3 preferred)
Strong cutting and/or colouring skills
Excellent communication and consultation skills
A positive attitude and strong work ethic
The ability to work independently while contributing to the wider team
A genuine passion for delivering outstanding client experiences
Confidence in building and maintaining a loyal client base

An existing client base would be advantageous, although we'd still love to hear from ambitious stylists who are confident in growing their clientele and building a successful column.

Experience with hair extensions would be advantageous but is not essential.

Available Positions: Full Time & Part Time
