Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations within our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a solid background in food preparation and service, and a passion for delivering exceptional hospitality. This role involves supervising staff, ensuring food safety standards are maintained, and creating a welcoming environment for guests. The successful applicant will be instrumental in maintaining high standards of service and operational efficiency, contributing to the overall success of the restaurant.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service flow and high-quality customer experience
Lead and motivate team members, including serving staff, kitchen personnel, fostering a positive work environment.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment of supplies
Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to maintain excellent service standards
Ensure cleanliness and organisation of the restaurant environment at all times
Train new staff members on operational procedures, safety standards, and customer service expectations

Requirements

Proven supervising experience within a restaurant or hospitality setting
Strong team management skills with the ability to lead by example
Extensive restaurant experience.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively under pressure
Previous experience in culinary roles or hotel environments is advantageous
Leadership qualities combined with a passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as required
