Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team on an initial part time basis (3 days a week) possibly progressing to a full time position. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily office activities, providing administrative support, and maintaining effective communication across departments. This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills and proficiency in office software to contribute to a professional and dynamic environment.

Duties

Manage incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and direct enquiries appropriately
Organise and maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper-based, ensuring easy retrieval of information
Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office applications
Support other administrative tasks such as ordering supplies, managing inventories, and processing invoices
Ensure the office environment remains tidy and well-organised to promote efficiency
Provide support for special projects as needed

Requirements

Proven office experience or administrative experience demonstrating organisational abilities
Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience with accounting software is desirable
Excellent typing speed and data entry skills with high accuracy levels
Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Good communication skills, including professional phone etiquette
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail
Familiarity with clerical procedures and office management systems
