Office Administrator

Warwick Based

Working Hours - Mon- Friday (9:00am- 12:00pm every day) Afternoons off!!

Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Administrator to join our team! In this vital role, you will be the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring that our office runs smoothly and efficiently. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help foster a productive environment where team members can thrive. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your administrative skills while supporting a vibrant workplace community.

Duties

Manage front desk responsibilities, including greeting visitors and handling phone inquiries with professional etiquette
Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments to optimize team productivity
Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring quick retrieval of information
Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office applications and Google Workspace tools
Process invoices, receipts, and financial records utilizing QuickBooks or similar accounting software
Support administrative projects by preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence
Assist with office supply inventory management and procurement to ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements

Proven experience in an office environment or administrative role demonstrating strong organizational skills
Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Calendar), and data entry tools
Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking abilities
Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute for efficient documentation
Clerical experience involving filing, scheduling, and basic bookkeeping preferred
Ability to adapt quickly to new software systems such as QuickBooks or other financial tools
