Job Overview

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and energetic Part-time Receptionist to join our dynamic team! This vital role offers an exciting opportunity to be the welcoming face of our organization, ensuring smooth front-desk operations and delivering exceptional customer service every lunch time. As a Part-time Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, creating a positive impression and supporting daily administrative functions. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a lively environment, enjoys engaging with people, and is eager to contribute to a professional and welcoming atmosphere every lunch time.

Duties

Greet visitors warmly and direct them appropriately, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued
Answer incoming phone calls promptly, professionally, and courteously, transferring calls or taking messages as needed
Manage front desk activities including signing in visitors, issuing visitor badges, and maintaining visitor logs
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries efficiently
Maintain organized reception area by keeping it tidy, stocked with necessary supplies, and presentable at all times
Support administrative tasks such as data entry, scheduling appointments, and filing documents
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless office operations and provide support wherever needed

Skills

Proven office experience with strong organizational skills
Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail in managing visitor logs, messages, and administrative duties
Proficiency with basic office software such as MS Office (Word, Excel) or similar tools
Reliable punctuality with a positive attitude and eagerness to assist others
Prior administrative experience is highly desirable for success in this role
