Job Summary

MYGroup - A Yorkshire based recycling and waste management company has a position for a Sales Administrator

Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the sales department by managing administrative tasks, ensuring smooth communication between teams, and maintaining accurate records. This position requires strong organisational skills and proficiency in various software applications to enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain customer records using Quick consign a CRM based software to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
Prepare sales reports, using Microsoft Office tools such as Word and Excel.
Support the sales team with administrative tasks including bookings and quotations
Create customer confidential packs for customers
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email or phone, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication.
Organise and prioritise daily tasks efficiently to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality work standards.
Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management with high attention to detail

Requirements

Answering call and transferring to relevant department
Proven experience in sales administration or related administrative roles with strong organisational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) along with familiarity with CRM software
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with a professional attitude towards customer service.
Strong computer skills including IT literacy, data entry accuracy, and ability to adapt to new software tools quickly.
Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively while handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience with Microsoft Excel for data analysis or reporting is highly desirable.
Knowledge of sales processes and administrative procedures that support business growth.
Be able to multitask and handle multiple customer accounts
Analysis data
Have initiative, drive and be self- motivated with focus
Be professional and polite
Cover on weighbridge for holidays etc
Helping on various tasks throughout other departments as and when required

Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am- 17:00pm

Rate of Pay: £13.00-£14.00 per hour

Holiday Allowance: 30 days pro rata and increasing to 35 days after 5 years service

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £13.00-£14.00 per hour
