Overview
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Property Manager to oversee the daily operations and maintenance of our property portfolio. The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills, technical knowledge, and leadership qualities to ensure properties are maintained to the highest standards. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional to contribute to the efficient running of our properties while fostering positive relationships with tenants and contractors alike.

Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate all aspects of property operations, including maintenance, repairs, and tenant relations.
Supervise maintenance staff and contractors, ensuring work is completed efficiently and to standard.
Oversee project management tasks related to property upgrades, renovations, or repairs.
Maintain detailed schematics and documentation for electrical systems, mechanical equipment, and programmable logic controllers (PLCs).
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations across all properties.
Develop and implement preventative maintenance programmes to minimise downtime and extend asset lifespan.
Prepare reports on property performance, maintenance schedules, and operational issues for senior management.
Foster positive relationships with tenants, addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
Lead by example in supervising team members, promoting a culture of safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Proven management experience within property or facilities management.
Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.
Mechanical knowledge complemented by electrical experience; familiarity with schematics and PLCs is desirable.
Demonstrated leadership skills with supervising experience in a technical environment.
Good organisational skills with attention to detail in documentation and reporting.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics related to mechanical and electrical systems.
Relevant qualifications in management, engineering, or facilities management are preferred but not essential. This role requires a motivated individual capable of managing diverse responsibilities efficiently while maintaining high standards of safety and service quality across all properties managed.

Pay: £22.00 per hour
