Full time Lettings Manager

Broad Oak Sales and Lettings is a key part of the Broad Group of Companies, specializing in properties primarily owned by the Group. With the added benefit of our own in-house refurbishment and maintenance business, we efficiently handle all remedial work, breakdowns and void periods. We offer a diverse range of rental properties across Stoke-on-Trent and are actively looking to expand the number of properties we manage on behalf of third-party clients.

We are looking for an experienced Lettings Manager
We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional Lettings Manager to join our team. As a Lettings Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our property lettings department, ensuring exceptional service to both landlords and tenants.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the lettings process from initial enquiry to tenancy signing.
Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
Conduct property valuations and market properties to prospective tenants.
Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements in lettings.
Organise and conduct property viewings, providing expert advice and handling queries.
Negotiate offers, rental terms, and tenancy renewals.
Handle tenancy agreements and paperwork efficiently and accurately.
Maximise income opportunities through the management of renewals and upselling services.
Updating our in-house system (full training will be given)
Managing Student lets

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience as a Lettings Manager or in a similar role within the property industry.
Strong understanding of lettings legislation and best practices.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
A proactive, driven, and results-oriented approach.
Team leadership experience with the ability to motivate and support others.
A full UK driving license is essential.
