Full job description

HMSHost, Avolta are hiring at Heathrow Airport Terminal 2 for an Administrator to join us - £14.40 per hour!

What is the Role?

We are looking for a highly organised, proactive, and adaptable administrator who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This role is a critical support function within our team, ensuring smooth operations and compliance across multiple processes. You will be the go-to person for administrative excellence, providing hands-on support and embracing new challenges.

As part of our team, you will manage a wide range of administrative tasks that contribute the success of our operations. Your ability to prioritise, maintain accuracy, and communicate effectively will be key to delivering exceptional service.

The working hours for this role are Full Time, Monday - Friday.

Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Coordinating and arranging security passes for team members and visitors.
Collating, preparing, and distributing HR and financial reports to ensure timely.
Processing and inputting invoices into the system, maintaining accuracy and compliance.
Ensuring all team files are complete, accurate, and up to date, always supporting audit readiness.
Assisting with training administration, including managing paperwork and tracking completion.
Supporting end-to-end recruitment activities, such as candidate screening, scheduling interviews, and facilitating onboarding and induction for new team members.
Providing ad-hoc assistance to the wider team, contributing to projects and initiatives as required.

The Ideal Candidate will have:

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Proactive, solution-focused mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt.
Confident communicator who can build positive relationships across teams.
Previous experience in administration, ideally within HR, recruitment, or finance.
