Preema International Ltd is a leading manufacturer and distributor of cleaning, hygiene and catering products to the wholesale and retail sectors.

We are looking for a motivated Telesales Representative to join our dynamic and growing company.

We are committed to providing top-notch products/services to our customers.

Job description

As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone to sell our products/services.

You will play a key role in driving our sales growth and building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

· Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and sell products/services.

· Make cold calls.

· Research online for new potential customers.

· Email brochure, flyers, promotions.

· Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.

· Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities.

· Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

· Handle customer enquiries and resolve any issues or complaints.

· Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies.

Requirements:

· Proven experience as a telesales representative or other sales/customer service role.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to learn about products/services and describe/explain them to prospects.

· Negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.

· Strong organisational and time-management skills.

· Proficient in using the Internet, Emails and Excel.

· Must be able to drive.

Pay: £12.71 per hour
