Full job description

Working under Local Authority & Government funding schemes, we are looking for a new Business Administrator to join our customer services team and carry out the following duties:

- Processing new applications onto in-house CRM databases.

- Collecting and checking over customer eligibility documents.

- Booking survey appointments.

- Arranging pre, mid and post install site visits.

- Co-ordinating installs across all relevant install teams

- Arranging installation appointments with customers.

- Ordering required materials/scaffolding for installs

- Carrying out satisfaction calls with customers

- Dealing with day to day customer queries and any complaints which may arise.

- General office IT, taking inbound telephone calls, managing stationary and post.

The ideal candidate will be able to work well under pressure and be use to working to deadlines.

The candidate will need to be adaptable to change, as schemes and rules change regularly affecting the work required.

Good IT skills using Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat & other IT platforms.

Experience within the ECO industry or similar is ideal but not required, full training will be provided.

Working hours - Monday to Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm

Office based role

On site parking available

Salary range: £25,000 - £26,000 per annum

Holidays - 20 days annual leave per year
