Culina Roc is a Small Children's Residential provider which is committed to providing quality therapeutic residential care to children & young people.

What will I do as a Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Administrator to join the Culina Roc Team. The office administrator will play a key role supporting with the day – to – day operations of the business.

The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, be proficient in various computer programmes, and demonstrate exceptional organisational and communication abilities.

Duties

Manage incoming calls with professional phone etiquette, directing enquiries appropriately
Manage and maintain files, records and databases with accuracy and confidently.
Update reports, spreadsheets and correspondence using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications
Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and interviews for perspective candidates
Allocate training to staff
Oversee recruitment and onboarding
Interview staff, alongside the manager
Support the team with any additional administrative tasks
Coordinate communication between the Culina roc employees
Provide support during meetings by preparing materials and taking minutes as required

Requirements

Proven office experience with strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive)
Excellent typing speed and data entry skills for efficient document processing
Strong administrative background with previous clerical experience preferred
Ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
Full training provided

This position is suitable for individuals eager to contribute to a dynamic team while enhancing their administrative expertise in a professional setting.

Interviews will take place on the 1st & 3rd July

Pay: £13.00-£14.00 per hour
