Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic Front of House Team Members to join our opening team.

If you enjoy providing excellent customer service and working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you! This role involves delivering exceptional customer service in a lively hospitality environment, ensuring guests have a memorable experience. The ideal candidate will possess a welcoming demeanour, excellent communication skills, and a passion for hospitality. Previous experience in catering, serving, or food preparation is highly desirable. This position offers an opportunity to develop your skills within a dynamic team dedicated to outstanding service.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and ensure they feel valued throughout their visit
Take orders accurately and efficiently, providing recommendations when appropriate
Serve food and beverages in accordance with health and safety standards
Assist with food preparation and presentation as required
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables, counters, and service stations
Handle payments accurately using the POS system and issue receipts
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations at all times
Support barista duties if applicable, including preparing specialised coffee drinks
Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to deliver seamless service
Uphold high standards of hospitality, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times

Experience

Prior experience in catering, serving, or hospitality roles is preferred
Excellent customer service skills
Friendly, positive and reliable
Good communication skills
Able to work evenings and weekends
Previous hospitality or customer service experience is preferred but not essential
Right to work in the UK
Experience working in a restaurant environment
Barista experience is a plus but not essential; training will be provided if necessary
Knowledge of food safety procedures and standards is desirable
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure
Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional manner

£12.21–£15.50 per hour (depending on experience)

Pay: £12.21-£16.96 per hour
