Site Manager

Location: Northampton
Sector: Specialist Industrial Construction – Cold Storage
Salary: £55,000 – £60,000 + Package (5 Month FTC)

The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity for a Site Manager to join a specialist contractor on a 5-month fixed-term contract delivering a cold storage facility within a live manufacturing environment for a leading Formula 1 racing team.

This is a technically interesting project within a fast-paced live environment, requiring strong coordination, health & safety management and programme control.

Immediate start available.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for:

Managing day-to-day site operations on a live manufacturing project.
Coordinating subcontractors and installation teams.
Managing programme and project delivery.
Maintaining health & safety and compliance standards.
Managing quality assurance and reporting.
Liaising with clients and operational teams.
Supporting commissioning and project handover.

About You

Experience as a Site Manager within industrial or specialist construction.
Experience working in live environments preferred.
Strong understanding of health & safety and programme management.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Available for an urgent start.
