Blofield Business Centre & Whatever Storage
Blofield, Norfolk (NR13) £14–£16 per hour depending on experience

Blofield Business Centre and Whatever Storage are looking for a friendly, organised and customer-focused Receptionist / Front of House Administrator to support the day-to-day running of our busy business centre and storage facility.

This is a varied role involving reception duties, customer service, administration and supporting tenants and storage customers.

Key Responsibilities

Greeting visitors, tenants and customers
Answering calls, emails and customer enquiries
Handling storage and office space enquiries
Marketing and Social Media
Supporting bookings, invoicing and general administration
Assisting with tenant onboarding and paperwork
Maintaining a professional and welcoming reception environment
Liaising with contractors and suppliers when required
Supporting the management team with day-to-day administration

About You
We are looking for someone who is:

Friendly, professional and approachable
Organised with good attention to detail
Confident using email, Microsoft Office and computer systems
Comfortable speaking with customers in person and by phone
Reliable and able to manage a varied workload
Previous reception, administration or customer service experience is preferred

Desirable

Experience using Xero or similar systems
Experience within property, storage or serviced offices
Basic bookkeeping or invoicing experience
