Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Full-Time Book Keeper & Finance Administration professional to join our dynamic team. This vital role involves managing accurate financial records, overseeing accounts payable processes, and ensuring smooth day-to-day financial operations. Your proactive approach and expertise will contribute significantly to maintaining the financial health of our organization. Responsibilities

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero
Process accounts payable transactions efficiently, ensuring timely payments to vendors and suppliers
Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow to support financial stability
Take ownership of payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements
Prepare financial reports, summaries, and documentation for management review
Support month-end and year-end closing activities with attention to detail
Collaborate with auditors during financial audits to provide necessary documentation and explanations
Prepare & submit Vat returns

Requirements

Proven experience in bookkeeping and finance administration, preferably in a similar role
Proficiency with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, or equivalent platforms
Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and financial reconciliation techniques
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices
Ability to work independently while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills to collaborate across teams and departments
