WEAVERS in Paisley are looking for Part time - Restaurant Staff

Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and friendly Waiting Staff to join our team.

This role involves providing excellent customer service in a lively hospitality environment, ensuring guests enjoy a memorable experience.

Previous restaurant or bar experience is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided. .

Responsibilities

Serve food and drinks efficiently and courteously to guests in the restaurant. Will also the cross trained to support bar service.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of all areas and dining space
Ensure compliance with food safety standards and health regulations
Take orders accurately using point-of-sale systems and handle cash transactions with basic maths skills
Assist in setting up and clearing tables, ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests
Manage multiple tasks effectively during busy periods through excellent time management
Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items to enhance guest experience
Support team members in maintaining high standards of service throughout shifts

Qualifications

Previous experience in hospitality, restaurant, or bar service is preferred but not essential
Strong understanding of food safety standards and hygiene practices
Excellent serving skills with a friendly, professional attitude
Good organisational abilities and time management skills to handle busy periods smoothly
Ability to work well as part of a team and independently when required
Basic maths proficiency for handling payments and bills
Personable demeanour with a genuine interest in delivering outstanding customer service
