Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Leader/Supervisor to oversee daily operations within our organisation. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in managing teams across retail or sales environments. This role offers an opportunity to lead a motivated team, optimise organisational efficiency, and contribute to the overall success of our business. Candidates with multilingual or bilingual capabilities will be highly valued, as well as those with management, supervisory, or administrative experience. The position is paid and suitable for individuals eager to develop their management skills in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

Lead and motivate team members to achieve sales targets and organisational goals.
Organise daily schedules, delegate tasks effectively, and monitor team performance.
Ensure high standards of customer service through training and coaching staff.
Manage stock levels, merchandising displays, and visual presentation to maximise sales.
Maintain clear communication channels within the team and with other departments.
Handle customer enquiries professionally, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
Oversee administrative tasks such as reporting, record keeping, and scheduling.
Support recruitment processes by participating in interviews and onboarding new staff.
Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.

Requirements

Proven experience in supervising or managing teams within retail, sales, or related sectors.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently.
Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are advantageous.
Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide staff effectively.
Experience in merchandising, sales management, or retail management is preferred.
Proficient in time management and administrative duties with attention to detail.
Exceptional organisational skills coupled with strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining professionalism and organisational standards. This role offers an engaging environment for proactive individuals eager to advance their management career while contributing positively to our organisation’s success.

Pay: £15,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
