Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Street Food Chef to bring vibrant flavors and authentic culinary experiences to our bustling street food environment. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and serving delicious street food dishes that delight customers and elevate our brand. Duties

Prepare and cook a variety of street food dishes with fresh ingredients, ensuring high standards of taste and presentation
Oversee food production processes to maintain consistency, quality, and safety standards
Manage daily kitchen operations, including inventory control, stock replenishment, and cleanliness
Lead and supervise a team of kitchen staff and servers, fostering teamwork and motivation
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper handling of food products at all times
Engage with customers to provide excellent service, answer questions about menu items, and promote menu offerings
Innovate new recipes and menu items to keep the street food experience exciting and appealing

Requirements

Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or kitchen roles within a restaurant or street food setting
Supervising experience or team management skills to lead kitchen staff effectively
Strong knowledge of food safety practices and hygiene standards
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced outdoor environment while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent communication skills for interacting with team members and customers
Culinary experience with a focus on street food or casual dining is highly desirable
Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate a team and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
