Full job description

Overview
We are seeking a highly organised, detail-oriented Office Administrator to support the smooth and efficient operation of our daily administrative activities. This role is essential to maintaining strong internal processes and providing reliable support to our team. The ideal candidate will bring strong computer skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

Handle incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and direct enquiries as appropriate
Maintain organised filing systems—both physical and digital—to ensure quick and accurate information retrieval
Perform accurate data entry using Microsoft Office and pronet
Assist with invoicing, bookkeeping, and maintaining financial records in Excel
Monitor office supply levels and manage purchasing when required
Provide general administrative support to team members to promote efficient workflow
Booking accommodation for the site staff
Processes material orders and chasing deliveries

Qualifications

Previous experience in an office or administrative role within a professional environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
Strong organisational abilities with the capacity to prioritise tasks effectively
Good typing speed and accuracy for data entry
Clear and confident communication skills, both by phone and email
High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment
