The Role

This is a varied and vital role where you’ll help ensure healthcare workers stay compliant with national frameworks. You’ll work with colleagues, clients, and candidates across the country—delivering excellent service and keeping systems running smoothly.

This is a full-time role (37.5 hours per week), Monday through Friday—and yes, you get your birthday off, fully paid.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Learn all about our services and the healthcare compliance landscape.

- Deliver high-quality admin support as part of a brilliant, friendly team.

- Provide helpful, professional support via phone, email, and Zoom.

- Manage digital records, reports, and compliance documentation.

- Use Microsoft Office tools to support day-to-day work (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).

- Look for ways to improve how we do things—you’ll have a voice here.

What You’ll Bring

- Friendly, confident communication—written, verbal, and on camera.

- Strong organisation and time management.

- A proactive, can-do mindset with attention to detail.

- A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-moving environment.

- Professionalism with personality—we like people who bring both.

Bonus (but not essential):

- One year of admin experience
