Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Assistant Manager to join our vibrant team! In this pivotal role, you will lead daily operations and motivate your team

This is an exciting opportunity for a management-savvy professional eager to make a meaningful impact while developing their career in a fast-paced pub/hotel/restaurant business. ensuring everyone feels valued and understood.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily pub operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning across all departments
Lead, supervise, and motivate team members to achieve goals and deliver outstanding customer service
Implement effective sales strategies and promotional activities to boost revenue
Provide exceptional communication with customers, addressing inquiries with professionalism and courtesy via social media channels
Coordinate staff schedules, delegate tasks, and monitor time management to ensure optimal coverage across the venue
Support administrative tasks such as inventory control, stock reporting, and maintaining organizational records
Uphold phone etiquette standards when interacting with customers and hotel guests
Foster a positive team environment through leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills

Experience

Proven management experience in pubs or a related hospitality-focused environment
Demonstrated supervising experience with team management responsibilities
Strong leadership qualities with excellent communication skills
Background in pub management.
Experience in administrative tasks including scheduling, inventory management, and record keeping
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Previous experience in managing diverse teams with strong interpersonal skills

Pay: £28,000.00 per year
