Office Administrator

Atlas Site, Sheffield (site based)

Full-time / Permanent (37 hours per week. Monday – Friday)

Looking for a varied role? One that involves customer service, office administration and supporting purchasing activities?

If so , this could be the perfect opportunity for you! You’ll bring broad administration experience to assist with the smooth day-to-day running of our customer service and administrative functions. You will be handling telephone enquiries, resolving queries, and providing a high standard of service at all times. You'll also be responsible for processing sales orders, quotations, internet and telephone orders, as well as managing customer credit notes and internal stock transfer orders using our business systems.

You’ll also support purchasing activities, which includes the planning, placement and progression of purchase orders, monitoring supplier activity and ensuring that data within our business system (SAP) is maintained accurately and consistently. Don’t worry if you don’t have purchasing or SAP experience; just bring a willingness to learn and we will provide the training.

You will be comfortable managing multiple priorities, have a methodical approach, and able to maintain high levels of accuracy, even on the busiest days. Strong organisational skills and a proactive approach together with good IT skills will ensure your success in this role, together with a can-do attitude and a willingness to support other team members and provide cover where required.

In return, you will join a collaborative team environment where your contribution is valued and where you will have the opportunity to develop your skills across customer service, administration and purchasing. You will be based at site 5 days a week and will benefit from an early finish on a Friday.
