Full job description

You must be flexible to work any days during the week and Saturday and Sunday every second weekend.

The Location: Poplars Garden Centre is located just off Junction 12 of the M1. Getting here by bus or train is not a viable option, so you must have a reliable means of transport or driving license.

The Person:

In your covering letter, please tell us about your previous experience of Restaurant Service.

We are a friendly and welcoming team and would expect the same of you.

You must be reliable and motivated.

We ask our team to be both flexible and approachable.

An attentive eye for detail is essential.

Reliable transportation is a must.

The Job:

Tasks include, but are not limited to: Replenishment of Stock, Excellent Customer Service, Cleaning, some Food Preparation, Barista Coffee preparation, Till Work / Cash Handling and Clearing Tables.

There will be lifting and heavy work required.

You will be on your feet for your shift excluding break times.

This is a very busy, high pressure environment at peak times.

The Hours:

Shifts vary between 9.00am and 17.00pm Mon - Sat; 10.00am - 16.30pm Sun

Every second weekend off.

Please note that you will be required to be flexible on your shift pattern.

Please note that you must be fully available Weekdays & Weekends on an ongoing basis.

Salary: Up to £12.72 per hour in line with the National Living Wage for your age bracket.

Pay: Up to £12.72 per hour
