Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front of House Supervisor to oversee daily operations within our vibrant hospitality environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing front-of-house staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for hospitality, team management, and culinary excellence to lead a dynamic team in delivering memorable guest experiences.

Duties

Supervise and coordinate front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service delivery
Oversee food and beverage service, ensuring timely and efficient order fulfilment while maintaining quality standards
Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and guest flow to optimise customer experience
Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to uphold the organisation’s reputation
Train new team members in service procedures, health & safety protocols, and company policies

Skills

Proven supervising experience within a restaurant or hospitality setting
Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate staff and foster a positive working environment
Extensive restaurant experience.
Excellent leadership qualities combined with effective communication skills
Sound understanding of food safety standards and hygiene regulations
Experience in kitchen operations or hotel environments is advantageous
Barista experience or familiarity with beverage service is a plus
Ability to remain calm under pressure while managing multiple priorities efficiently

Pay: £26,500.00-£32,000.00 per year
