About us

RL Services Limited are seeking a skilled and reliable Decorator to join our team for a temporary contract in Epsom with a view to go full time.

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out high-quality painting and decorating work on residential and commercial properties, ensuring projects are completed to an excellent standard and within agreed deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding, filling, and priming.
Apply paint and or wallpaper, and decorative finishes to walls, ceilings, and woodwork.
Ensure all work is completed to a high standard of quality and craftsmanship.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment.
Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and supervisors.
Follow health and safety regulations at all times.
Accurately estimate materials and report any additional requirements.

Requirements

Previous experience as a Painter and Decorator or similar role.
Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good time management and organisational skills.
Knowledge of decorating materials, techniques, and equipment.
Full driving licence (preferred but not essential).
