Full job description

Job Overview:
We are currently seeking an organised and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our office operations and ensuring smooth administrative processes.

Duties:
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Provide administrative support such as filing, copying, and scanning documents
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
- Utilise Microsoft Office and other computerised systems to manage office tasks
- Liaise with external customers about golf bookings and private functions
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks using Sage software

Experience:
- Proven experience in an administrative role is desirable
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong data entry skills with high accuracy
- Excellent organisational abilities with attention to detail
- Familiarity with office equipment and procedures
- Knowledge of Sage or similar accounting software is advantageous
