As our new Service Advisor, you'll be the friendly face of our business, turning first-time visitors into lifelong customers. You'll blend your automotive knowledge with people skills to create experiences that keep our customers coming back.

What You'll Do

Be the welcoming smile that greets our customers and makes them feel at home
Use your automotive expertise to help customers understand their vehicle needs in a clear, friendly way
Work alongside our talented technicians to ensure smooth service delivery
Build genuine relationships with customers while keeping them updated on their vehicle's progress
Help customers make informed decisions about their vehicle care
Keep our service department running like a well-oiled machine
Turn your product knowledge into valuable recommendations that help our customers
You will be the lead service advisor liaising with the workshop manager and responsible for the apprentice service advisor

What You'll Bring to the Team

A genuine love for both cars and customer care
Experience in automotive services
The ability to explain technical information in a way that makes sense to everyone
A natural talent for building trust and rapport with people
Great organisation skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks with a smile
An eye for detail when handling paperwork and transactions

What Would Make You Stand Out

Previous experience in a similar role
Knowledge of cars that you're excited to share with others
A track record of going above and beyond for customers
Local knowledge of the Loughborough area and community
