Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Self Employed Inventory and Check Out Clerk, where your attention to detail and proactive approach will keep our team running smoothly! In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing inventory levels, accurately processing transactions, and providing exceptional customer service. This position offers flexibility and independence, allowing you to work at your own pace while ensuring all inventory and checkout procedures are executed efficiently. Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will play a vital role in creating a seamless experience for our customers and supporting the overall success of our business.

Duties

Conduct thorough inventory checks to ensure accuracy for our customers
Maintain detailed records of inventory movements using Inventory Base property management software
Collect and return keys to various agents using our services
Keep the checkout reports as detailed as possible to help with swift deposit returns
Follow proper phone etiquette when communicating with customers or vendors over the phone
Perform regular audits of inventory levels and report discrepancies promptly to management

Requirements

Proven experience with data entry and inventory management systems such as Inventory Base or comparable platforms
Office experience that demonstrates strong organizational and administrative skills
Excellent phone etiquette with clear communication abilities
Prior experience in property management roles is preferred but not required
Ability to perform accurate data entry quickly and efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a flexible schedule environment
Ability wo work under pressure with time scales to adhere to.
